Easy energy balls with dates are one of my favorite quick and easy snacks to make and meal prep when busy. Dates are not only natural sources of sweeteners but also deliver fiber and minerals! I look forward to you trying this recipe!

100g (0.833 cups - sorry :) ) roasted hazelnuts
10 dates
1 tablespoon cacao
2 tablespoons cacao nibs

🤍 Cashew Matcha Energy Balls

¾ cup raw cashews
¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds
12 Medjool dates, pitted
1 tbsp cashew butter
2 teaspoons matcha powder

🤍Decadent Coconut Cacao Truffles

1/2 cup (50 g) unsweetened cacao powder
1/4 cup (60 ml or 50 g) Coconut oil
8 Medjool Dates, pitted
3/4 cup (75 g) coconut flakes plus 2 tbsp (20 g) for dusting
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
