【Recipes】
1. Salmon Mushroom Cooked Rice
Ingredients: about 200g salmon
Appropriate amount of mushroom
3 cups rice
Method: 1. Pour 1 tablespoon of cooking wine into the salmon, microwave at 600W for 3 minutes, and remove the skin and bones.
2. Wash the rice and put in a little less than the amount of water, add 1 tbsp of bonito powder, 2 tbsp of soy sauce/1 tbsp of mirin and wine.
3. Add mushrooms and salmon and cook normally.

2. Free-fried Chicken Breast Nuggets
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, about 700g
Method: 1. Cut the chicken breast into large pieces, add 1 tbsp of soy sauce/ 2 tbsp of wine/ 2 tbsp of mayonnaise/ 2 tsp of beet sugar/ 1 tsp of bonito powder/ 2 small pieces of minced garlic, marinate for more than 30 minutes .
2. Add 4-5 tablespoons of potato starch and stir until the powder disappears.
3. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, fry on medium-high heat for 2 minutes, turn over and fry until the color changes, cover and fry on low heat for 2 minutes.

3. Steamed cauliflower
Ingredients: 1 cauliflower
Method: Put 2 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a little salt in a pot, and steam for 5 minutes on medium-high heat.

4. Carrot and spinach mixed with miso
Ingredients: 1 carrot, 1 spinach
Method: 1. Shred carrots, microwave at 600W for 3 minutes
2. Put seasonings in a large mixing bowl: 2 tsp miso/2 tsp mirin/1 tsp vinegar/1 tbsp white sesame/1 tbsp sesame oil
3. Pour the heated carrots into the bowl

Ingredients: 1 piece of fried tofu
1 handful of komatsuna

Method: 1. Fry the fried tofu on both sides until golden brown, set aside.
2. Stir-fry komatsuna and mushrooms, put back the deep-fried tofu, add 1 tablespoon each of wine/mirin/oyster sauce.
