I initially wanted to get into filmmaking to create my own short films, but as I've gone down the camera, lens, lighting, microphone, etc etc rabbit hole I've come to just appreciate all things filmmaking / cinematography.

I catch myself thinking about what lens I'll use in different situations based on lighting and location when I'm out and how I'd edit the footage to match the mood of the moment.

It's definitely an obsession I didn't see coming but I'm happy to be here and I'm learning a ton every day.
