In this video, I share my personal journey of dealing with anxiety and anxiety recovery, specifically health anxiety, for the past five years. I discuss the frustration of overcoming one anxiety symptom, only to have a new and more frightening one emerge. Throughout this period, I experienced numerous sensations related to my main worry, such as concerns about my heart.

After intense fear cycles and obsessive research, I learned to accept that my experiences were likely rooted in anxiety. However, even on relatively good days, minor symptoms would trigger worry and send me into a cycle of obsession, searching for potential illnesses like brain tumors or Lyme disease.

I emphasize the compulsion to focus on physical symptoms, which perpetuates inner tension, stress, and an increase in symptoms. The video stresses the importance of recognizing setbacks and changing sensations as part of the anxiety journey, advising viewers to take a step back, accept anxiety, and not let initial fear drag them back to square one.
