Anxiety setbacks are some of the toughest and scariest parts of any recovery journey. When you have been working on recovery you will probably have experienced at least one of them. We go on with our normal days, might even feel great, and then out of nowhere panic sets in and we are right back to the excessive worrying and the intense focus on physical anxiety sensations.
You start to wonder if this time the sensations you are experiencing are not anxiety symptoms and a sign of something more serious.
What if this time it is the real thing because after all, you weren't anxious at all? This question in the back of your head is exactly the reason why you can seem to fully overcome anxiety and remain in that vicious anxiety loop.

Something that I have learned during my anxiety days was that knowing what you are dealing with and being able to properly explain and recognize what was going on with my body is the foundation for any anxiety recovery endeavor.
Once you fully understand the processes going on, you can transform that knowledge into curiosity. Curiosity about how you react to stress sensations, figure out what your triggers are, experience exactly where you feel what... it opens up the door to start exploring anxiety and in a sense challenge it.

In this video, I will explain how I have used my knowledge on anxiety and how I managed to transform it into the curiosity that ultimately paved the way to full anxiety recovery and relief.
