We absolutely loved Ben’s musical proposal in “Descendants 3.” Mal was so surprised, and she looked so happy! It seems like Ben’s parents were happy, too. They really looked to Mal for the decision about what to do with the Isle of the Lost. Ben has lived his whole life expecting to become king. He’s ready to marry his queen and rule Auradon in peace. But Mal wasn’t expecting to get married so young!

She has barely finished her education, and she’s still new to life outside the Isle. There’s a lot that Mal needs to do before she marries Ben. She really needs to spend some time finding herself and maturing. And there are a lot of loose ends she needs to tie up, too! After all, her mother, Maleficent, is still a lizard.
