As an acupuncturist I encounter really common health issues with my patients all day long.

There are some really simple preventative health measures that you can be doing, to ensure you don't get sick as often, you have god vitality, and your body has the energy it needs for a long healthy life.

These are some of the most common pieces of advice I share with my patients:

1. Stop drinking coffee on an empty stomach
2. Not eating enough food
3. Eating too much food
4. Stop consuming icy cold drinks and foods
5. Say NO to ice baths (or anything cold really)
