VISTA: At around 5:05am reports of a gunshot victim came into 911 in the trailer park at 510 N Melrose Dr. deputies quickly responded and located a male suffering from a gunshot wound and began first aid. Firefighters were cleared in and rushed the victim to a trauma center for his injuries. It is believed this victim and his vehicle are related to a shooting that occurred earlier in the city of Oceanside at around 2:00am. Oceanside Police is investigating this shooting. There is no additional information at this time.
