Why are so many of the villain kids left out of the “Descendants” movies? They appear in the novels by Melissa de la Cruz and the “Wicked World” animated TV series. Some of them even have siblings that star in the films, like CJ Hook and Harry, Sammy Smee and Squeaky and Squirmy, the Gaston twins and Gil, and Freddie Facilier and Celia Facilier.
