3D printing resin can be harmful to you if used improperly & I don’t just mean that it can cause you to develop a resin allergy.
If resin or even residual resin is left on the skin & you go into an area with lots of UV say a night club or even outside on a bright sunny day you may quickly find that the left over resin on your skin is now giving you a severe thermal burn as the curing of resin is exothermic meaning it releases heat.

Unfortunately, this heat can result in a positive feedback loop where the extra heat produced causes the resin to cure faster which in turn makes even more heat. I measured the max temp of resin curing to be around 170°F with most being closer to the 140s which is still more than hot enough to cause burns if skin is exposed to it for even a few seconds.
Best practice would be to never let resin touch your skin directly as it can not only be an allergy risk but also a burn risk.
