0:30 Flexion & Extension
- Begin seated and upright
- Create irradiation/tension throughout body
- Roll shoulders back
- Roll neck down chin to chest
- Flexion
- Roll back up facing ceiling
- Extension
- 5-8 Reps

2:40 Ear to Shoulder Lateral Movements
- Begin seated and upright
- Create tension throughout body
- Now gently move only one ear to nearby shoulder slowly
- Return to center and repeat opposite side

3:45 Neck Rotation
- Begin seated and upright
- Create tension throughout body
- Slowly rotate neck by only moving your head to look towards your side

4:30 All Together
- Keep shoulders back and maintain upright posture
- Roll chin to chest
- Chin to collar bone
- Around ear to shoulder
- Eyes towards the ceiling
- Ear towards other shoulder
- Chin to collarbone
- Then chin to chest
- Do same direction & then change direction
- 5-8 rotations
