I find that for myself or that when working with partners it's easy to wonder if what you're doing (or not doing) is working and helping her while she's in labor.

I developed this easy exercise that you can do with your partner to help you prepare to find your labor flow, build confidence, and be able to trust that what you as a doula or support person is doing in labor is actually working. Be free to labor together!! DOULAS, this one's for you too! ;)

Bloopers are at the end, of course! :)
