Rice Dinner Rolls
9 rolls
Rice flour for bread 300g
Skim dry milk 10 g(1 Tbsp)
Sugar 15g (1 Tbsp)
Salt 4g (1 tsp)
Instant dry yeast 4g (1 tsp)
Unsalted butter 15g
Plain yogurt 30g
Milk 170ml

Please prepare ✔️
* All ingredients are prepared at room temperature.

1. Mix all ingredients except milk in a clean bowl. Divide the milk into two or three portions and adjust the consistency of the dough. Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead by hand. (About 10-15 minutes)
2. Let the dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes, divide the dough into 9 portions. After smoothing it round, wait 10 minutes.
4. After 10 minutes, round the dough once more and put it in the prepared pan.
5. Cover the top and leave for about 40-45 minutes in a warm place until the dough doubles in size.
6. Brush the top with a small amount of milk before baking. And bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
