Today I bring you a super easy recipe for a soft baguette with a crispy outside. I prefer to score deeply and eat with plain butter or cream. The bread itself is simply outstanding! There is almost no need to knead, and the process is simple and easy! I bet you will be surprised too!

오늘은 정말 쉽고 겉은 바삭하며 속은 촉촉하고 부드러운 샌드위치용 바게트를 만들어 봤어요. 저는 쿠프를 조금 깊게 내서 그냥 구워서 버터나 크림을 발라 먹는데, 정말정말 맛있어서 앉은 자리에서 두 개는 먹어 치웠답니다! 반죽을 거의 안하고 과정이 너무나 쉬운 무반죽 소프트 바게트! 만들기 쉬우니까 꼭 한번 만들어보세요.

▣ Bread Flour (Strong Flour) 강력분 500g
▣ Lukewarm Water 물 255g (겨울엔 따뜻한 물255g, 여름엔 실온의 물 250g)
▣ Dry Yeast Red 이스트 7g
▣ Salt 소금 8g
▣ Sugar 설탕 10g
▣ Unsalted Butter 무염버터 30g
▣ Egg 달걀 1 (55g) – 실온

👀 Tips for Baking 👀

▣ A pre-heat oven is ALWAYS necessary for home baking.
▣ The result may be different depending on your oven. My recipes are only for the guide. Please check your oven temperature with a single baking thermometer.
▣ Assume all water is lukewarm unless stated otherwise. Use warm water during the winter.
▣ When you knead the dough with the butter, use room temperature butter. It gets absorbed easily if you knead with your fingertip (like scratching lightly).
▣ Baking time may vary for every oven.
▣ If your oven is too small, the top side could be too dark at the end. Cover the top with a foil sheet after 15 minutes of baking.

▣ 오븐은 항상 최소 20분 전에는 예열을 해주셔야해요.
▣ 각자 갖고계시는 오븐사양에 따라 결과물은 다르게 나올 수 있습니다. 오븐용 온도계를 지참하셔서 꼭 오븐 안쪽에 온도를 항상 체크해 주세요.
▣ 오븐에 따라서 굽는 시간이 가감될 수 있습니다.
▣ 오븐이 너무 작으면 굽는 시간 마지막 10분정도에 호일로 케이크 윗면을 덮어주세요.
▣ 추운 겨울철에는 1차 발효가 한시간 이상 걸릴 수 있습니다. 반죽이 두배가 될때까지 발효해 주세요.
▣ 겨울철에는 물/우유를 따뜻한 상태로 온도를 높힌 후 사용해 주세요.
▣ 버터는 항상 실온의 버터를 사용해주세요.
