There's a misconception that all fertility yoga needs to be gentle and slow. Fertility yoga should be unique to every individual. If you live a busy life, then YES fertility yoga should help you to slow down and reset your nervous system.

But if yoga is the only movement you're doing while on a fertility journey, then I think you'll benefit from building some heat and circulation.

As with all yoga classes, please listen to your own body and rest when you need.
