2 liters of milk. Friends, I use regular store-bought milk with a short shelf life. Place the pot with the milk on the fire. Vinegar. We need about 2-3 tablespoons of wine vinegar. When the milk is almost boiling, add wine vinegar. The milk curdles almost immediately. You don't need to cook it for long. A few minutes are enough. Prepare a cup and a strainer. The result was large flakes of cheese. Transfer the cheese mixture. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Then pour into a pot. Add 1/2 tsp salt. 50g melted butter. 1 egg. 1/2 tsp soda. Mix everything well. Place the pan in a water bath. Cook until the curd is completely dissolved. This takes about 10-15 minutes. Chop some parsley. Transferred into any form. Place in the refrigerator for an hour.
