Baguette bread recipe.

RECIPE for baguette bread.
Today I prepared 2 bread recipes for you!

Recipe 1

340 ml warm water.
10 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well.

60 ml vegetable oil.
Mix everything together.

Sift 580 g flour.
8g salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Add flour in parts.
Form the dough into a ball.
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

The dough turned out well.
Place the dough on the table.
Stretch the dough with your hands.
Fold the dough like I did.
Divide the dough into 3 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with cling film.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Seal the edge of the dough.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Place the dough rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Brush the dough rolls with milk.
Dust the bread with flour.
Make slits in the dough.
Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
The bread is ready!
Place bread on a cooling rack.

Dust the baking dish with flour.
The dough turned out well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Stretch the dough with your hands.
Fold the dough like I did.
Dust the dough with flour.
Pour the dough into a baking dish.
Cut into the dough.
Cover the dough with a lid.
The dough does not need to rise before baking.
Bake the bread covered in the oven preheated to 220 °C for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the lid.
Bake the bread uncovered for another 15 minutes.
