Dealing with difficult clients is a major challenge for account managers. You know the type: they like to tell you how to do your job, they want you to do their job and yours, or they're just not very nice people.

It's definitely a tough situation and I've been through it many times myself including one particularly memorable client who got under my skin like no-one else has.
