Too much focus is placed on the potential increased risk associated with delaying motherhood and not enough attention is given to the many benefits of waiting to become a parent. In this new series, we're going to explore the positives that come with postponing parenthood.

In this second video in the series, we'll practice a gentle, slow, and fluid yoga sequence designed to help you feel unrushed and aligned with the unique and perfect timing of your life.

Other videos in this series include a look at the research-backed benefits of delaying parenthood, what the Live Fertile Community has to say about waiting, and a svadhyaya-based stretch and talk to explore your own thoughts and concerns about fertility and pregnancy later in life.

When to practice: whenever it fits your schedule and feels most supportive to you. Ultimately, it’s your call.

How often to practice: I usually recommend practicing some form of yoga at least three times/ week for my one-on-one clients, more often if it feels good to do so and it works for their schedule, less often if it doesn’t. Ultimately, it’s your call.
