One of the common "practices" that can happen during labor is a vaginal/cervical exam to check for dilation, effacement and station! Today, I'm going to answer all of your common questions about vaginal exams, SHOW you what each dilation looks like, give you some tips whether your a patient or a provider (nurses, MD, midwife) so that you can feel even better about all of it!
