PCOS का diagnosis clinical diagnosis होता है। Clinical diagnosis का मतलब डॉक्टर्स इस चीज़ के बारेमें पेशेंट के साथ बात करके , जब डॉक्टर्स पेशेंट की History लेते है , उस चीज़ को , उनके behaviour को , उनके लक्षणों को ध्यान में रखकर , PCOS का diagnosis होता है। Clinical diagnosis येह काफी महत्वपूर्ण होता है। Blood Test clinical diagnosis को सहायता करता है है। और संबसे अंत में USG | इन तीन चीज़ो से PCOS का diagnosis होता है।

Blood Test For PCOS
- TSH (Thyroid )
- FSH, LH
- Prolactin
-AMH
-Testosterone

USG (Sonography )
- Sonography में PCOS में कोई criteria नहीं है।
