Welcome back, ScreenRanters! A successful film actor will tend to put everything they have into their role. So much so that they could get injured due to an accident or a stunt gone wrong as they shoot the scene. Every so often, that injury can be used in the actual, final cut of the film that is witnessed in the cinema. Today, we’re going to look at ten instances where this happened. As well as see what impact said disaster had on production.

Now, for the spoiler paragraph. If you want to be surprised, we suggest you watch the video immediately. Firstly, we’ll look at the famous scene involving Leonardo DiCaprio in Django Unchained. If you’ve seen the film, you probably know what we’re chatting about. We have an entry with Viggo Mortensen in the second Lord of The Rings film, The Two Towers. There’s Channing Tatum that went a little far with his performance. We have George Clooney and his excruciating injury. There’s Halle Berry with many film injuries. Yet one stands out above the rest. There’s Ben Affleck on his big break that went very wrong. We have Brad Pitt that had to have the whole script changed as a result! We have Margaret Hamilton from the Wizard Of Oz involving something that burns. We’ll go over Malcolm McDowell’s injury that nearly blinded him in A Clockwork Orange. And we have Ellen Burstyn that still feels the effects from her injury to this day.
