Eliminating distractions is impossible and they serve an important purpose. However, we need to be mindful of how we incorporate them into our lives. As someone with ADHD, I'm always looking for ways to improve focus and productivity. For several years, I tried to eliminate distractions so I could focus better and now I have a slightly different perspective.
