Sharing our lawn care businesses growth

I'm apparently in the video making mood again!

I am helping out a little in the field as the business grows but my primary role is funding the business and marketing the business.

We got royally screwed by Google as we got started in late May of 2019. This caused the website and Google maps listing to now show online until August or so which was obviously way too late.

The revenue total in 2019 was $25,662.00.

Year to date in 2020, we are sitting at $27,060.00 as of May 14th at 9:30 AM EST.

Our area has the market to support this type growth from a new company. I work with lawn and landscape companies all over the country thanks to this YouTube channel. I can tell you from experience, all areas simply do not need another lawn or landscape company! Step 1 is to make sure you are in the right business!

All we do is quality work. We answer the phone or call back quickly. We return emails. We provide quotes quickly. We are presentable and likable. All very basic stuff that I don't see a lot of companies actually executing.

We also market the heck out of our business online. I've done all the work to the website, SEO, Ads, etc. If this was done for a client, it'd be roughly $3-5k worth of work. I didn't track my time...

We also send mail pieces, have yard signs, door hangers, company shirts, and logos on our truck as additional forms of advertising.

If no one knows you exist, they cannot do business with you!
