For 30 days I did the stretching routines of Olympic gymnasts to try and improve my flexibility. I show the workout, routines, exercises, flexibility stretches, and athlete programs I followed. I attempted to learn the splits as well in a month, before and after of all the stretches. A great beginner's flexibility routine you can follow if you do all the exercises I show!
