In 2015 or 2016, John Ottman & Byron Burton, some of the minds behind the X-Men Cinematic Universe, got together to create a movie just for Nicholas Hoult's Hank McCoy- AKA Beast.

The movie would have seen Beast fighting a Yeti called the Wendigo, introduced us to presumably a new actor playing The Wolverine, and was set to invoke the tone of the John Carpenter classic: The Thing. It was a project that looked promising, so that raises the question, why did it get canned?
