Quick Salmon Cakes Recipes - Healthy Salmon Patties

These salmon cakes are easy to make and taste delicious and fresh. They are crispy and perfect as appetizers, a light lunch, or patties with sauce on the side. They are packed with protein and low in carbs.

⬇️RECIPE
Here's how to make these salmon cakes:
►2 cans of pink salmon - make sure to drain it really well.
Optional: You can use baked salmon and shred it into small flakes.
►1 egg
►1 well diced small onion
►1/2 well diced bell pepper (your choice)
►Bunch of fresh parsley, well chopped
►1/4 cup of Gluten free bread crumbs (Optional)
►2 TBSP of mayo - Use more if no egg to bind everything.
►1 tbsp fish sauce
►1 tsp garlic
►1 tsp black pepper
►1tsp salt (use less if you add fish sauce)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat up your cast iron skillet and add 1-2 tbsp of butter
Turn the heat to medium
Scoop the patties into circles to make your salmon cakes
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side before switching.

Serve with tartar sauce, avocado salsa and lime.
