I’d like to share 3 effective stretches that’ll help you relieve hip pain, release tight hip flexors, and target those hard-to-reach hip muscles. Get the new Release Your Hip Flexors program: https://www.coachsofiafitness.com/hip...

Hip Pain Relief Stretches⬇️

1. Sartorius Stretch Seated: Tightness in the sartorius muscle can lead to pain in the front of your thigh. And since the sartorius muscle originates fro the hip bone, it can also cause hip pain.
Groin and knee pain are also linked to tight sartorius muscles. So don’t ignore this muscle; try to incorporate this stretch a few times a week.

2. The Deep Psoas Stretch: If you have trouble feeling the stretch in the psoas muscle, this stretch will lengthen the muscle more, allowing for more another layer of flexibility.

3. The Psoas Wall Stretch: This is another deep stretch that’ll target the psoas and help relieve hip tightness.
