Just 10 years ago I was at my highest weight, infertile with very irregular cycles, tired all the time, and experiencing panic attacks and debilitating anxiety. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease and PCOS and I was told that the only thing I could do was take birth control pills and thyroid medication.
