This bad order rail car has a broken door and I will show you a new door and
tell you how the old door is taken off and new door put back on, plus
show you the brand new door ready to be installed and then after it
is installed on the rail car.

Our rail cars get an extreme amount of use from normal hopper cars
on most other railroads. Plus these Trinity cars were built in 1995 and 1996
so they have a lot of years on them. It's amazing how they keep on going
with only the minimum amount of break downs. A true testimony to
how well Trinity rail cars are built to begin with. The cars we have built
by Freight Car America in 2007 don't seem to hold up as well as the Trinity
cars even tho the FCA cars are much newer.
