In this talk, Professor Sarah Jean Barton explores baptismal practices as they relate to discerning the ministry and vocations of all Christians. The presentation highlights insights, stories, and perspectives from Christians with intellectual disabilities as they relate to baptismal practices, providing an expanded framework for considering disabled leadership, ministry, and vocation within faith communities.
