PIZZA CASSEROLE
1 lean, 3 greens, 2 condiments
**Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:
2.5oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
1 C Grated Cauliflower Rice
1.5oz Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 C Rao's Pizza Sauce
1 tbs Shredded Parmesan Cheese
0.5oz (about 7 slices) Turkey Pepperoni
Sea Salt
Coarse Ground Pepper
Garlic Powder
Italian Seasoning
Olive Oil Spray

SPAGHETTI SQUASH CHICKEN ALFREDO
1 leaner, 3 greens, 1 healthy fat, 2 condiments
**Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 C Solely Spaghetti Squash (3 Greens)
6 oz Grilled Chicken Breast (1 Leaner)
2 tbs Rao’s Alfredo Sauce (1 Healthy Fat)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder (1 Condiment)
1/4 tsp Salt (1 Condiment)
Olive Oil Spray
Dash of Dried Basil

AIR FRYER CHICKEN NUGGETS
3/4 leanest, 1/4 lean, 3 greens, 1 healthy fat, 1 condiment
**Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:
5.25 oz 99% lean canned chicken
1/4 C reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbs egg substitute
olive oil spray
1 tbs Ken's honey mustard dressing
151.5g celery
