Recipe and ingredients:

100 ml warm milk.
Add 200 ml warm water.
Add 1 egg white.
40 ml vegetable oil.
1 teaspoon sugar.
6 g dry yeast.
600 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Add 2 tablespoons milk to 1 egg yolk.
Don't forget to sprinkle with sesame seeds.
