Talk on Nata De Durio: the Utilization of Durian Seeds as a Glucose Source in the Production of Bacterial Cellulose Gel

Syahrijuita Kadir is an Assistant Professor of Biochemistry Department, Faculty of Medicine, Hasanuddin University, Indonesia. She completed her Ph.D in Knowledges of #Medicine and Magister in Biomedical Pharmacologic, Hasanuddin University, She is a Lecturer at #Biochemistry since 1998. She is ENT Spesialist since 2019 and she had Consultant sertificat at ENT Community 2021. She is a Researcher leader at the nanocellulose material for tympanic membrane patcher since 2016 until know. Other project about fat and Calsium fortification, Traditional medicine and pharmacological explore of Indonesian plants. She is an Active member of Indonesian ENT specialist Society (PERHATI) and Indonesian Doctor Society (IDI).
