Breathing meditation can be practised anywhere - just pay attention to your breathing, notice what happens as you breathe in and out, experiment with taking deeper breaths and maybe holding them for a second or two before expelling the air from your lungs.

Walking meditation can be done whenever you walk anywhere. Again, pay attention to what's happening in your body. The sensations you're experiencing as you walk along and the sights, sounds and smells around you.

Binaural beats meditation is easy (unless you're the person programming the beats!). All you have to do is listen to a pre-recorded track for 10 minutes most days.

The binaural beats take care of the rest of the meditation process and put your mind into the same kind of state that it would take years of practice to achieve with old-fashioned techniques.
