Every year I stay in a nice VRBO around Estes Park for a work vacation. I go to a neat place that is somewhat secluded and work as much as I can. I stayed in a VRBO last year and the year before that I stayed in the Stanley Hotel and wrote most of my Build a Commercial Rental Property book.

I chose this place because it had awesome views, looked like a really cool house, and was one of the few available on short notice. I decided to go on this weekend less than a week prior to my stay! I found the old listing for this house and saw it had sold for $1.7 million after I had checked in. It was a very cool place and the hosts were awesome.
