材料 Ingredients:
腩排300克 300g spare ribs
芋頭200克 200g Taro

調味料 Condiments:
柱侯醬2茶匙 2 tsp Chu hau sauce
生抽2茶匙 2tsp Soy sauce
老抽1茶匙 1tsp Dark soy sauce
蒜蓉1湯匙 1 tbsp chopped garlic
五香粉半茶匙 1/2tsp Five spice powder
黑胡椒粉1/8茶匙 1/8tsp Ground black pepper
白胡椒粉1/8茶匙 1/8tsp Ground white pepper
生粉水(生粉1茶匙加2茶匙水)1tsp potato starch in 2tsp water
紹興酒1茶匙 1tsp Shaoxing wine/dry sherry
蔴油1茶匙 1tsp sesame oil

配料 Other ingredients:
薑2薄片切絲 shredded ginger
蔥粒適量 chopped scallions
紅椒絲適量 sliced chilli
