CANcloud is an open source telematics platform for managing your CANedge2 devices & uploaded data.

The CANedge is a 2xCAN/LIN data logger with SD card and WiFi or 3G/4G. It's simple-to-use, pro specs and interoperable. With a reinvented approach to telematics, the device lets you log and auto-push data to your own S3 server - with zero fees and no vendor lock-in.

FUNCTIONALITY

CANcloud is a browser based tool based on the S3 API. It lets you log into your own S3 server via your browser and view your connected CANedge2/CANedge3 devices.

Once logged in, you'll be able to view files of each device and download, delete, share or upload files. Further, you can easily configure the device settings via the built-in editor tool - and submit the changes to trigger an over-the-air update.

You can also use CANcloud to monitor the status of connected devices via the status dashboard - e.g. to see when they last connected, what the SD storage % is and how the log file upload flow is looking.

The source code is 100% open source and available on github, meaning you can host CANcloud on your own URL - as well as customize it as per your preference.
