The best cardio for weight loss + healthy dinner ideas! For 2 weeks I tried Lauren Giraldo treadmill routine 12-3-30. Here are my results and my review of it. In the video I talked about the difference between HIIT and LISS cardio, and where 12-3-30 stacks up.
