The twist is a great exercise to retrain the body on how to relax and let go of tension.

This is done by tapping on the body while simultaneously relaxing.

Make sure to relax your arms and shoulders along with your neck and upper back.

This could take some practice to get good at because most people’s bodies are so used to staying tense even when it’s not needed.
