After having the Horizon 7.8 AT for over 3 years, we wanted to update you on how it is working. After regular use, this treadmill is still well-constructed and quiet. It has been on our best treadmills list for the past few years and rightfully so.

We consider the Horizon 7.8 AT to be the best treadmill for HIIT Training. The quick-adjusting 4.0 HP motor, roller adjustments, and Sprint 8 programming make it convenient for interval training.

This is a folding treadmill, but it’s large and heavy so it’s best kept in a designated spot. If you’re looking for a well-priced premium treadmill with straightforward workouts and a simple design, we can’t recommend the Horizon 7.8 AT enough.
