Day In The Life - 30th January 2023 - London

Welcome back to another video and another double training day while working as an account executive in London.

First part of the day is a gym workout to start the week off. The plan is to keep as much weight training in my program as possible during this Ironman 70.3 training. One, to avoid injury and Two, to maintain as much muscle as possible.

Then an easy 5K at Zone 2. Still just building mileage slowly at the moment before training get's a lot more intense in a couple weeks time.
