Did you know you could make whipped caramel? It’s so simple and so good! Obviously you shouldn't overdo it because it's still caramel but it's delicious!! To top a cake, a pancake, muffins or add to a banana split, a hot drink, a tart base, etc... Go for it! It's been over a year since I offered you my whipped caramel recipe, I really like using it to garnish cream puffs or caramel éclairs! Good tasting !

Ingredients :
250 g of sugar
65 g of semi-salted butter
200 ml of liquid cream 30% minimum fat/Whipped cream

1 - You can also use unsalted butter.
2 - It is important to cool the caramel before whipping it (I do it twice, once in the fridge then in the freezer), to obtain a perfect whipped caramel.
