Welcome to our newest series, sponsored by @Theralogix, on optimizing egg quality (which is especially important for women in their 30s and 40s.)

In this three-part series, we’ll practice yoga and explore nutrition (including food, beverages, and supplements) to support egg quality and reproductive health.

Whether you’re actively trying to conceive, preparing to try in the near future, or planning to try well down the road, this preconception yoga practice is for you.

When to practice: whenever it fits your schedule and feels most supportive to you. Ultimately, it’s your call.

How often to practice: I usually recommend practicing some form of yoga at least three times/ week for my one-on-one clients, more often if it feels good to do so and it works for their schedule, less often if it doesn’t. Ultimately, it’s your call.
