The song, a few lines taken from Gylfaginning, tell about the Vanr god Njörðr, god of the sea and father (among others) of Freyr and Freyja, with whom he was sent to live in Asgard as one of the conditions to bring peace between Æsir and Vanir and put an end to the war waged between them.
Nine is a recurrent number in Norse mythology, but here it probably indicates the nine daughters of Njörðr: the nine waves.

I know a transcription in runes of such a text doesn’t really have any reason to be, if not as a treat, but yeah…that’s just what it is, bear with me.

Any suggestion and/or observation is warmly welcome.

The lyrics are pronounced by singer Justine Galmiche as modern Icelandic, instead of using Old Norse pronunciation: e.g. she sings “á” as the Icelandic diphthong /au/ instead of the Old Norse /a:/, or the double “l” as /tl/.
Moreover, in the line “Stillir ok eldr ok sjá” she clearly pronounces “eldr” (nominative form), though on Gylfaginning it reads “eld” (accusative form, as correct grammar would require).
