The road to parenthood is sometimes bumpier than expected.

Getting pregnant isn’t always as easy as we were led to believe it would be in sex-ed. This isn’t what you planned. And it might be taking a toll on your emotional well-being.

Receiving an infertility diagnosis can be just as emotionally and mentally devastating as receiving a cancer diagnosis. The rates of anxiety and depression for both are similar.

If you’re having difficulty conceiving and you’re struggling with the mental and emotional weight of it, please know that you deserve support. You deserve to have all of who you are, mind and emotions included, cared for.
