Headphones in, volume up. Have a listen to the highly-anticipated Audi RS 6 Avant in Canadian-spec. The RS 6’s vocals are clearly more subdued than the E 63 AMG which sounds like it's towing its own thunderstorm, but the Audi does sound more mature and professional. It’s like an E 63 that has grown up, got a job, and has a mortgage. The RS 6 still bellows with that deep V8 thrum that can only be associated with an eight cylinder war drum, and wide open throttle delivers an aggressively throaty roar. Enjoy the soundtrack.
