Movement cues 0:50
- Start with roller in front of you
- Begin with roller at the top of your knee
- Roll up towards and over your hip
- Take a moment to dig into PSOAS
- Above the hip lower side of belly
- Pass over Serratus towards inside of armpit
- Muscles on top side of rib cage
- Beneath the armpit
- Once you reach the armpit, slowly rotate around to roll onto top of shoulder blade
- You should be facing up at this point
- Now trace backwards to starting position
- TAKE YOUR TIME & do both sides
