Are you actually in a caloric deficit. Todays' questions comes from someone who is being told they are burning a lot more calories than they are consuming and yet nothing is happening. So where is the error.
Both sides of the equation are based on estimates. How many calories we burn is a calculation which can be incorrect, and certainly tracking the diet can be incorrect.
