If you're a therapy practitioner, you will have no doubt heard negative limiting beliefs like the examples in this video time and again. An artful reframe can help people to think differently, but for a reframe to 'take' it needs to be delivered in the right way, and at the right moment.

In this video I'll share some example situations where a reframe can be so effective, and I'll also give 3 cognitive therapy techniques to rapidly reframe unhelpful negative ideas.
